It's not like there's that many N.A. manga publishers left.
They should just give the award to the handful of survivors as a whole.

The manga awards become meaningless when the manga of the year is Twilight.

I dunno, between finishing Hellsing, the assorted CLAMP omnibuses* and their Evangelion manga, DH has been putting out consistently popular and highquality products. They might only put out 2-4 releases a month, but they're always major releases. Plus, Oh My Goddess is still going, and they have a few big series coming up, like the new series from Trigun's creator.
*seriously welldesigned books btw
