Okay - - - we kind of talked about starting a list at the end of a discussion from way back at the end of May (Hentai, Blowing off Steam [WARNING, ADULT CONTENT], May 22) but as that discussion was petering out we didn't get very far. I thought maybe it was just me until I saw the same discussion referenced a couple of weeks ago.
So finally I thought why not try again, this time making the list the main subject. My general impression, from this group and others is that there are a lot of "us" out there; people who would like to have access to the more graphic anime when we are in the mood  , only to find our mood shot all to hell and our lunch on the floor  when we pick up the wrong H title at the video store.
So let’s try to keep this a list of lists and leave the discussions about why there is so much yucky anime (or porn in general for that matter) to other discussions. But, if we want, we can include related lists like Manga or places where you can actually find the material - I would love to know a place on line where I could rent this stuff. Oh and I am kind of curious about any good graphic dating sims, maybe with a female POV(?) and translated as I have no aptitude for learning languages. I S this all too much? Oh well, let's see what we get. So - To start us off this is the list that I contributed back in May updated for what I have found since (1 title):
Elfin Bride 1 and 2 - Fairly tame but pretty silly Count Down Akira Saga - I would actually consider this Josei. Sure the Animation, well, sucks  but the psychological story rocks
End of Summer - Nice guy who ends up gettin a lot Mezzoforte - spoiler[There is a rape scene but you find out later that they switched the heroine with a sex robot] Office Affairs - Hee hee the most graphic if just in terms of body parts not obscured by Bright Lights or whatever and the nympho is actually a successful business woman MANGA:(short since this is the anime forum but I am feeling to lazy to wrote this all over again) Tramps Like Us - Well know but there's a reason Happy Mania, Erica Sakurazawa's stuff - Not sure if I am going to continue cause the woman or so bitter, mean, AND stupid (Yoai) Gravitation, Fake, Until the full Moon - Yeah, I didn't think I would get into these but I did. Better actual relationship stuff and rounder characters then the hetro stuff I found so far SIMS: I've got nothing Okay - well here's hoping that this is all ok with the moderators, because it is information that I think would really be nice to share. And wouldn’t it be great if we could somehow help to influence the industry (at least the people we have to rely on to release/print the translated stuff) and encourage them to go closer to what is considered "Erotica" (used here to mean respectful graphic art, not just stuff meant for women)... Looking forward to whatever we can mine from the resources of this great site!  .

Love is the Number of Keys- It's like the hentai version of Love Hina. One guy ends up unwittingly scoring an assistant manager position at a sex service appartment filled with women. One of only 2 hentai titles I liked out of 6 I've seen.

So you want hentai series without the disgusting moments. I actually have a few good ones.
Suika Very nice character designs especially on the girls with sex scene at a softcore yet very romantic way. Each episode is basically a stand-alone concentrating on a girl, but they're really well done and have an overall theme of death. Hell, you can even skip the sex scenes and still have a damn good plot. Stainless Night It's a yuri series, but it does go along more of the intimate side. And it includes a female android in the mix. It'll be nice if the reviewers could take a look at these; there is a serious lack of hentai reviews.

Have seen Stainless Night. Though relatively mild, it utterly failed to impress me in any sense.
Virgin Touch, about a newly-minted doctor on his first assignment at a health clinic, is completely violence-free and very well-made. Actually has a genuine story with a bit of real drama it, too. Sex Friends, which I believe is now licensed for U.S. release, is also completely violence-free and well-made. It's about exactly what its title suggests. Also probably has one of the higher sex-scenes-per-episode quotients of any hentai title out there. (Admittedly, though, my experience with such titles isn't very broad.) One that hasn't been released in the States yet whose first episode, at least, is quite mild is Front Innocent. The "next episode" previews suggest there might be some S&M stuff later on, however. Still, a gorgeous-looking anime by any standards. |

...and that was the other one, although the 3rd episode is kind of disturbing despite Kitty proclaiming all the participants are over 18, it sure doesn't look it for Ojo spoiler[Although she did turn out to be the reaper and as an ageless spiritual entity I suppose the claim could be made]. |

Seeing as the expressed purpose of this thread is to be a list, I'll be keeping a very close eye on this one. Remember, merely listing titles is against the rules, so post reasons behind placing it (and please try to make those reasons at least a decent-sized sentence, none of those "its got a guy that does it" fragments). Once people start listing without content to back it up, this thread gets a lock.

I'm assuming you mean light hentai (no bondage/rape/etc.) and not necessarily good. If that's case, most comedy hentai fit the bill.

 Hurray for common sense.
I prefer my anime light-hearted, fun and comedic. I also prefer my hentai that way. Except maybe for Masquerade all the titles above are that kind of hentai. I can't be too specific on any titles since most of them go in and out of my brain in the amount of time it takes to watch them, but I do remember all these titles being quite enjoyable. I remember these best but I do have plenty more light-hearted titles should you require more. |

I just recently checked out Angelium. I have to agree with the characters designs and the backgrounds to be quite gorgeous especially for a hentai series. They definetely put a spin in Greek mythology though!
