I'm really confused as to what to do with these. So if someone can clarify some things for me.
I see that Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex - Tachikoma na Hibi is entered in as an OAV, with even a comment about it being on the DVD, but the shorts looked like they came right after the credits of each TV episode. Unfortunately, not having the DVDs I can't say that that's how it is. Anyway, the question is: If Tachikomatic Days is considered a separate title, than shouldn't the Kero-chan short at the end of each CCS episode be, too? Also, what about Blue Seed's Omake Theatre? One of the few series I have on VHS with what seems to be 13 episodes (I'm missing a tape) separate from the main series' episode (i.e. at the end of the tape). Shouldn't that be in the database, too? Is it just 'cause it hasn't been submitted? Moving on to Movie Shorts. How should they be entered? All the Pokemon shorts are given separate titles, but Naruto's is just bunched in with the movie. And, One Piece's is even worse off, located in the episode list for the TV series. If anything it should be a comment in the 3rd movie. My personal opinion is that they should all be different titles. None of the stories in those movie shorts have anything to do with the movie, except of course, that they accompanied them as a "bonus feature". And, then none of the movie shorts have been attached to their movie counterparts(as related titles), which makes it confusing when trying to figure out what went with what and what premiered when. Thankfully, someone entered comments into the Pokemon titles' comments so it made it easier to find. Anyway, if you let me know how you want it to be dealt with, I can submit all the titles I know of (4 or 5) and/or add the data/comments necessary. |
