Nah, I shouldn't say that.. they technically did it first with their Rockman.exe anime/manga/games. Speaking of which this pretty much looks like the form changes of the Rockman.exe/Ryuusei no Rockman series... with a bit of Saint Seiya. Looks interesting enough.

Definitely a money grab, but still looks interesting enough. I didn't know Capcom did much other than Street Fighter and Megaman.
