Ah the wonders of survey, and getting them to say whatever you want.
Its the last year or so of the current generation, new game offerings are dropping on this last gen, and the new gen is not out yet. The only next gen console is the wii U being avoided like the plague by developers. It makes sense sales would be weaker now then say next year when you have two next generation consoles out and developers pumping out games like crazy. I am not saying that there is not a gradual decline, there probably is. But there are other factors to consider before posting such an article and running with it.

But digital sales are on the rise, and will more then likely over take physical sales in the next 10 years.

Sheesh! if 360 did that bad, that means ps3 did below 100,000 and Wii U must have done like sub 30,000. Dear god...
