In the picture, it shows Hello Kitty as Supergirl, Batgirl, and Wonder Woman respectively.

That looks pretty sweet. I'd love to own Hello Kitty Batgirl shoes.

The hair should have given it away.

I can imagine the tagline for this:

"Supergirl,Batgirl,Wonder Woman! Battling for justice with the power of cute!"

Somehow, this makes a little more sense than Hello Kitty's crossover with KISS. And a lot more cuter.

Hello Kitty is crossing over with everything nowadays...

Less than a year ago, Mad Catz released a Street Fighter-branded FightStick Pro arcade joystick featuring the Hello Kitty characters dressed up as the Street Fighter arcade game characters.

Needless to say, all the collectors -- Mad Catz joystick and Hello Kitty fans -- bought the joystick as soon as they could.

The rest of us thought it was "kinda cute" but balked at paying extra for a joystick where A) we knew we wouldn't keep the original art -- these licensed joysticks are at least $30 more than a comparable, non-licensed Hori joystick and the recently introduced non-branded FightStick Pro--; and B) the base plastic was pink.

Yes. It... Was... Pink...!
(I will buy videogame hardware in just about every color but Pink, Puke Green, and Camo are not on that list!)

Until recently, the SF X Sanrio/Hello Kitty joystick was on sale for $129, maybe even $99.99 at GameStop.com

Just checked the GameShark.com website and the sticks are back up to $160.
