Does anybody know if or when Tsubasa Chronicle and/or XXXHolic will come to America?

I don't know. Let's do a "Search" of the site. Here's something from Mr. Answerman post back in November of 2005. Since their hasn't been any other news about the series, then no.

Tsubasa Chronicle isn't licensed yet, but I'm almost 100% sure that it's only a matter of time based on this information. Don't know about XXXHolic though. |

Tsubasa Chronicles has been licensed by Funimation or they're at least in the process of licensing it. No other information has been released about it other than that. As for XXXholic, that anime has not been licensed yet. When it will be is anyone's guess.
