What's the whole situation with Kuruma and Lucy? Why didn't she kill him? What was the whole conversation between them that made her cry through the helmet? I saw bits of the movie but the subtitles were in Chinese or Japanese characters! And how did she and her friend meet? Also, did her friend survive and what happened to her?

spoiler[Her friend dies in the process, she doesn't kill kurama at the crime scene because she trades her freedom for her friend's life, because kurama says he'll save her friend if she turns herself in, so she goes peacefully. But while in captivity, kurama tells her that they couldn't save her friend. That's when she cries through the helmet and tells kurama that she'll make him feel as painful as she did, ie, killing his family and everyone close to him instead of just killing him etc.]

That was depressing. Well funny thing is is that i got so anxious to know that I searched all over for it with English subtitles and I finally watched it. So now I understand. =(
But this episode was mostly cute and funny though. Pretty rare moments in Elfen Lied. Well thanks for the reply. |
