As the title says, since requesting a password reminder I'm unable to edit my account profile to change the password from the assigned one. In fact any attempt to hit submit on any profile changes results in a white page with
"We're terribly sorry but an unexpected error occured while generating this page. A notification has been automatically sent to the webmaster and he'll look into the matter as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding." This has been like this for over a week. I'm using FireFox 3.6.17 if that's important. |

A lot of peculiar site issues can be resolved by clearing the site cookies, which you can do here:

Hmm, odd that worked even though I've cleared my browser's temporary files and cookies before. Though I did it through this site this time and previous attempts I was trying to update it through the anime on demand site.
Oh well it's working fine now at least, cheers for the help. |
