Weird stuff on the main page (Shigurui skin)

I'm running Firefox 3.6.17, on Windows Vista. This is the first time I've seen something like that on the scrolling banner, and I haven't adjusted my plug-in settings since yesterday, and it worked fine then.

The Blue Exorcist and Tiger and Bunny banners still work, but the text is still scrunched down to the bottom like that.

I changed skins to the 2010 ANN skin, and the scrolling banner area disappeared completely.

I changed back to Shigurui again, and it stayed gone. However, now the skin isn't aligned right at the top.
