I've watched the first three episodes of Ouran high school host club and really like it! - but apparently (after consulting the encyclopedia) there's only one more episode... please say that there are more!?

No no... you didn't see "number of episodes" did you? Ouran High School Host Club is still on air and we have titles of first four episodes FOR NOW. They'll be added one by one, week by week.
