Well, you saw the entry right? It was planned and got stuck in production hell. It's anime related because it was to be produced by ADV Films, much like Lady Death.

Ah yes, another product of vaporware from ADV Films. Very much like Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2041 and their own co-production of Cutey Honey, the Farscape cartoon will probably never see any light of day.
