Does this site show licenced anime in Hong Kong

I am currently in Hong Kong, and many people are getting fined in Hong Kong for downloading Licenced Media. I want to download some Anime but I do not know which Anime is Licenced in Hong Kong. Does the list of Licenced Anime include Licenced Anime in Hong Kong? Also, is there a list only for Licenced Anime in Hong Kong?

So there is no site that can tell me which anime is licenced in Hong Kong/China
