I remember seeing that this was coming on to Encore WAM on July 31. But I have noticed the other anime mentioned(Mirage of Blaze and Tribes) have started to show early than said. So I was wondering if anyone know when it comes on?

Yea it is. The shows come on 4pm, 1am, and 6am.
