Sounds annoying. I wouldn't want to hear a seiyuu--even my favorite one--talking while I'm trying to watch a show.

The articles may say 2.1, but according to it's Android Market page (https://market.android.com/details?id=jp.co.toshiba.ome.android.RZTaglerVoice) it only requires 1.6 or higher.
