That's weird, because I thought since she writes columns for Shojo Beat, that Viz would be picking up her work.

I can't imagine that Viz would go for pre-1990's shojo manga right now, or Sci-fi shojo at that. In any case, great to hear that Vertical is planning to continue to publish manga after Kirihito and Buddha are finished.

Indeed, it will freeze in hell before Viz would take such an initiative and going for classic shoujo mangas Rolling Eyes

I'm sure Viz would be interested in old-school shoujo if Deimos was more successful with Dr. Master.

Ha! You and me both! Very Happy They Were Eleven was a great series....I really need to see the movie one of these days....

I still haven't watched it yet, but I got the second to last copy of Toward the Terra from Right Stuf. Always thought it looked interesting...
