Wow. This is simply a wonder. Not just because it's a genuine;y great show (which it is), but also how it's helping a down on its luck town in Japan. Kinda like a cheesy sports movie.

It just seems right that this is happening. Rewatching Girls und Panzer recently, I was struck by how saturated the series is with teamwork and mutual-support. It's not just Miho's story, it's the story of the Oarai Sensha-do team.
It went from a series I hadn't even bothered to watch when it was originally on to a favorite.

It is amazing how much of an impact anime has on the Japanese economy.
