How come this thing is going for "young, pretty" voice actors that way too many TV anime go for? Isn't this an independent production? Or are they hoping doing that will get them more backers?
And don't say "younger seiyuu will result in more natural voices"--these actors are like twice the age of their characters, they have to do a "character" voice just as much as a 30 or 40-something would, since real-life twenty-somethings don't sound like children either. (I still might back this project anyway, it looks kinda cool . . .) |
