this is great, when you sue and lost. You lost your properties to the company that you wanted to sue to make a quick buck.

this is great, when you sue and lost. You lost your properties to the company that you wanted to sue to make a quick buck. |
I'm sure they don't have much to lose since that lawsuit sounds pretty dumb.

Difficult to fight big companies in court. They have more expensive lawyers.

Well ya, notice that the only company to be able to win a lawsuit (and a minor one at that) against Nintendo was Sony.
