Toradora wasn't 90% music. Dubs of music take a lot more work and generally are terrible, unless they ignore the music and leave it in Japanese which is just super awkward and doesn't flow well.
I probably wont buy this but I love NISA. Cant wait to see what goodies NagiAsu release from them will get. Amazing anime in the end

Shows where they leave the singing in Japanese aren't all that bad, it's when the show is about learning to sing with lots of practice that the change gets a little rough.

The JP LEs are getting rereleased in May, so I'd say it's very likely going to be next year.
