kinda expected given that the SFIV games hinted that he may be just hiding and heavily implied that he may have something to do with Abel.

Funny that a 3D, 2D fighting game is the first Next Gen only Console game that has my attention. If they bring back Karin too, I'm getting a PS4.

So Charlie is "alive" but he's got a green third eye on his head, so he may have been revived, and he may not be fighting for the good guys.

not happening, the mangaka has the rights, now capcom.
