That's a nice looking Gohan (Though I do not enjoy the fact that his seiyuu is pushing 80 and still playing adult Goku since I think she sounds too girly as him).

I'm not entirely sure what's being stated here. Is the author / news article stating that the translation of Fukkatsu no F is "F Is For Fukkatsu"...? Because... it's not  .
Fukkatsu does indeed mean "resurrection" or "revival" but that's not what the name of the movie is. A translation of the title would be Resurrection of "F" or Revival of "F" (or if you want to flip how the possessives work, something like F's Resurrection). If what's written in the news article is intended to be an explanation of what "Fukkatsu" means, I think it could/should be worded differently. The "F" isn't "for" the word "fukkatsu" in this case; it's for Freeza, the villain being brought back. The usage of "F" (instead of directly naming him as Freeza in the title) is a reference to Maximum the Hormone's 2008 song "F", which was a song about Freeza. In turn, Akira Toriyama is (as flat-out stated by him) paying homage to the song by titling the movie that way. (Long story short: "F is for Fukkatsu" isn't the name of the movie but it's written as if it is in this news article, and the "F" isn't actually for "Fukkatsu" anyway!  )

But characters in Dragon Ball change their look all the time. Gohan especially had several different hairstyles and outfits over the course of the series. It makes perfect sense that he had at least one if not several more additional looks between the fight with Buu and the epilogue. |

It seems plenty motivated to me. He just found out his girlfriend was pregnant and immediately starts dressing like a dad. It's hilarious and part of the reason I love AT's work so much : his attention to detail. Did you also hate Vegeta's pink "badman" shirt? |
