I just got one of those Arceus through an online trade two nights ago, the shiny variant that only comes with a Silk Scarf. I think it's the only way to get a legit shiny Arceus without hacking, if I'm correct, as the Azure Flute was never distributed to the public.

Correct! I have like five of them now. They're all over Wonder Trade.
