Looks like an interesting app. The title reminds me of the game, Osomatsu-kun: Nonsense Theater (Osomatsu-kun: Hachamecha Gekijou).

The pachinko police minigame in the second screenshot definitely looks very similar to Pac-Man! Laughing

That stacking mini-game (picture on the left) seems to be simple, but fun! Smile
