This is such great news! I'm so excited to finally see one of the musicals
Even though I live in Houston, I've actually never been to Anime Matsuri - so this'll be a great 1st time to go.

Slightly confused here: Are they showing up and doing some sort of panel or are they actually performing the musical at the convention?

"Special performance" says the article, but that doesn't say whether it'll be the whole production or cast highlights.
(Would have rather seen the redraft of 1997's SuperS musical get here first, but that would mean having to get Viz's SuperS series out first.)

I'm shocked something as exciting as this is happening in Texas. Unfortunately I live pretty far from Houston, but I might try to make it for an occasion as special as this.

Woooow. I am seriously considering flying out there. If it turns out to be the full production (which I hope they will clarify by March), I would honestly try and go. If not, that's still amazing and I hope it's a sign of us at least getting the DVDs! But, wow~!

Well,
So much for people saying Sailor Moon is dead!
I'm not sure if we can this sort of thing fetish but it IS sort of different.
Instead of all roles being played by men a la Shakespeare ---
Well, I think it's better THIS way!
