Wow they greenlit this not long after the first anime aired but it had been 3 years so I figured it was DOA. Well I found the general setting pretty interesting so I'll be checking this out once it airs a whopping 5 years after the first series.

Is this plot explained correctly? I can sort of see a story here of where on a familiar human filled world portals open up to other dimensions, where beings other than humans become the dominant intelligent species and they have to fight for ultra dominance... or something....
Card games? Never mind, I'm overthinking it. |

5 years so...well i watched in 2014, so i will wait, i liked the series a bit.

Z/X Ignition had good elements such as the characters, a good sense of comedy, and an optimistic story. If done well a sequel could have potential.
