First and third place both sound like very intriguing manga for different reasons.
The first place winner sounds interesting because it's a - by definition - pretty generic romcom, but that doesn't mean anything nowadays; if we go by the existence of something like TsureDure Children. So, I'd be interested to see how they balance out these two working people's lives with their hobbies - and how they try to hide them, while also growing closer.
The third place winner is interesting, on the other hand, due to its weird take on Stockholm syndrome (at least from what they've stated about it). There's a lot of weird and squicky ways they could take that story, and while there's obviously something to it if it made it to third place in such a competition, I'm not always 100 per cent on board with what the Japanese fans believe is outstanding.

Hmmm, I think the survey sample might lean female....
And that "My ex-boyfriend is a fudanshi" manga looks more interesting than the highschool fudanshi one we're getting over here right now...

The one in second place sounds like something I'd enjoy.
