They couldn't possibly get to this point in the story by the end of Season 3 could they? Why are they not following the order of the story when they still have so much to adapt and the manga is nearing its conclusion?

Lost Girls is a spin-off visual novel from another author. It focuses on Annie primarily. I'm not even sure if it's canon. Marco's scene wasn't in the VN, the anime team took the liberty themselves, which isn't a big deal considering they already showed this scene in Season 2.

That looks very interesting. I hope Funimation is eventually able to release all these OAD's on BD because I am not buying those DVD's bundled with manga.

I'm mostly excited for Mikasa's story, but I'm also looking forward to Annie's Smile

I don't know if that's a spoiler for somebody or not so
spoiler[I just hope I can see Annie in manga one day :/ looks like Isayama doesn't care about this character at all. Knowing it entered final arc, I wouldn't be very surprised if she will be in this ice cocoon for the rest of her life]
