Just a quick correction, It's not Guerra Díaz, but Henry Díaz.

Thanks very much for pointing that out. Oddly MoFA's website in both English and Japanese with the announcement, and the English and Japanese PDFs listing all the winners, all list the name as Guerra Díaz. But you're correct, it's definitely Henry Díaz. We've corrected the article.
