Thanks for the heads up on this ANN, cause I woulda' missed it entirely!
I just watched it. And I'm gonna be honest...I'm so glad they spent more time on Lupin, but for an OVA episode I REALLY wanted to see more development with him and Cardia, especially since they are supposed to be new lovers, who couldn't even touch each other before...I wasn't asking for much, but I at least wanted spoiler[that kiss to last longer...] And I felt like Cardia was made to be extremely dense in this episode...spoiler[her new boyfriend suddenly disappears, is gone for days (if not weeks), and she...just doesn't...notice? No lie, if my husband didn't come home after even a day with no word, I'd be freaking out at least a little. Just didn't seem real.] The humor was on point with me though. The one-liners from Lupin were great (spoiler["So yeah, that happened a few times."] LOL!!!), and that newspaper headline killed me. And I loved the opening song sequence cause my boys were on point there. Anyways, it was fun, but I wish they gave us more. I want to see more Lupin and Cardia being cute together! |
