You can't get it because it hasn't been licensed in an English speaking country, and therefore, there is no English dub version available. And speaking of English, if you plan on sticking around on this site, you should work on cleaning up yours. Proper English is part of the forum rules.

Don't bite the n00bs. And it would've been more helpful if you told him they released the movie as a two-fer with the Yu-Yu Hakusho Movie.
