Where is the Judge and who is the woman in the middle supposed to be playing as? I don't recognize those clothes she's wearing.

Although there are barely similarities I suppose this should be a depiction of Dalia Hawthorne since her barette looks like a butterfly. Also this play seems to cover the main story of part 3 and because of her focus on that poster it implies that she has a major role so it's almost likely her.
