I wish Viz would go back and publish the rest of the movie-based manga. They started with the Jirachi movie one, and went every year since, but those are still not localized (like most Pokemon non-Adventure series).

But it won't have JP audio so I don't see any value in this like with Viz's past PM BD/DVD releases. Meanwhile, Viz's (example) recent Bleach releases have JP audio. So maybe it is not a Viz issue.

Pokemon Company would never allow sub rights, anyways. It's all on them, not Viz. But people continue to purchase these dub-only, so they will doing them.

I'm glad they finally kept the Japanese music in the dub. I hope they'll air this on Disney like they did I Choose You.
