I think the voice acting is pretty good. However, the English dialogue syncing with the lip flaps looks so odd. Dubs look a lot more natural in animation than live-action.

in my place,live-actions being dubbed is pretty common and broadcasted all the time on TV and streaming services.Due to them being pretty used to it,nobody finds it odd.

Article says it's the Winckler dub, I take it that one wasn't so good?
This one's pretty standard good, about Power Rangers quality, but better than the 60's dubs of Ultra Seven.
(Had to look up old WW articles to find out who he was, and found out I'd already missed those '15 dubbed Amazon releases of Minky Momo. )
