I am dubious when I hear it is in 3D. 3D on mobile games rarely even matches the quality of 3D in 3DS games, given hardware power, variety, and storage limits of the medium.
I am also dubious that the promo doesn't match the standard and semi-famous translation on Touma's catch phrase. "I am unhappy"? Even "I am unlucky" would be better, but really, "Such misfortune" is just a great phrase. And it worries me that Squeenix blocked comments on the YouTube video, and didn't show anything gameplay wise. That said, Misaka Worst is in the opening, which make me a little hopeful. And the song is pretty catchy. |

I'm not very familiar with gacha games having only played FGO, and this one is confusing me with having the same character at multiple rarities. I'm rerolling a few times to see if I can get a 3* off the banner, but I don't know if I'll actually play it.
The visuals look pretty awful with most characters seeming to repeat a single boring animation. The mechanic they picked for the battles doesn't seem that great either. Then there are the battle controls... why the hell do they have you try to press on super tiny buttons to bring up the commands window... do they expect people to play on a tablet?
The promo is in English? Is it getting an English release? |
