I know that is how CR translated it, but my wife and I felt that it didn't quite get across the particularly high class / ojousama nature of adding an honorific "o" to kawaii (combined with the sarcasm.) We would have gone with "How adorable" or in certain dialects a "Bless your heart," to capture the meaning. It is the most memorable phrase this year to me.
The Demon Slayer one is clearly getting a double meaning from the era change this year as well.
