It didn't seem as momentous as I'd expect to usher in the start of a new era... It was typical Kanno fare in all regards, but what was up with having a "boy" band perform? Granted, I haven't followed the group, but they're about 10 years past their prime I'd say and didn't seem too happy to be there. Granted the message was in the song overall, but c'mon...

I enjoyed it up until the pop song. They should have sung it like an anthem all the way through, the cheap pop ballad ruined the whole thing. And nothing against Arashi but their voices aren't that good.
