Temps doesn't really help much when a lot of the spread is from people with no symptoms at all.

Also Tokyo is a bad place to go to phase 2. They just had the highest increase in a month the other day. Too soon.

So lets just all stick our heads in the sand and cower in fear.
Do you do this with the flu? Have nations ever shutdown over the flu?
Cause that is what has been done.

In the beginning this may have been the correct course of action, but now with much more known data, and a real picture of what this is.. your being silly.
