Pretty stupid, since this kind of reckless behavior can make it easy to get caught.

Wow, even though the ordinance does not affect him whatsoever, unless....he still lives with his parents who use it as an excuse to nag him about his own gaming habits lol

And things like this are held up as examples for why there should be such laws or restrictions. Games are used as the scapegoat for violent behavior already. Making threats like this will produce the opposite of the intended reaction.
