I'd forgotten all about this app existing, and since I actually have a tablet again, this might come in handy even if it is a bit pricier than the Viz SJ app (we're still talking a ridiculously low price overall though).
Only thing is though, it doesn't say if chapters can be downloaded for offline reading like with the SJ app. Most (like almost 100%) of my reading on my tablet is done when I'm at work or on the road, away from internet access, so that's really the only way this'd be handy for me. Anyone know if it does allow downloads for offline reading?
Also can't seem to find a definitive list of what all manga is available on it at the moment.

The service is pretty ass. Almost everything on there is incomplete.

Finally! I honestly can't believe that they launched with only an iOS app in the first place. Here's hoping that they'll have an actual web interface version soon too, since the PC is my preferred place to read manga, but at least now I can actually get it somewhere.

So I just checked the app on Android. It had a 2.8 rating, with mostly 1 stars. Main reason? According to one 1-star review: People hate paying for things.
As much as I disagree with those reviews, they (Mangamo) should at least offer some free chapters to entice potential subscribers. You can't go further than the titles list without getting a subscription notice.
As for downloading stuff, as far as I can see (without getting a subscription block) you can't. You can keep track of your reading list though. The available titles are mostly (to me) not well-known, though there are popular ones as well. Although, they seem to not have all the chapters? They listed Fire Force with only 42 chapters and AoT with 36.
Hopefully it will improve in the coming months. I'll check back then. For now, it's a pass.
