The trailer looks pretty good. I laughed at the part from 1:03 to 1:05 when Masao said "What!? Me too!?" in response to being one of the 8 suspects.
Even though Shin-chan is very difficult to market in the Anglosphere for a variety of reasons, I think this particular movie warrants a release here because of the elite boarding school setting and the mystery plot (both of which may interest some Western anime fans).

That seems to be a typo. The correct word is 'Tenkasu'.

Actually, the Japanese expression 'Hana no' is an expression which means 'gorgeous', 'glorious', 'flamboyant' and the like.
Manga artist Kanai Tatsuo and scriptwriter Kawasaki Ken made Hana (?) no Kōkō Joshi Golf Bu, a manga about golf, and the title means 'The glorious golf club for female students at the high school'. The 'Hana (?) no' part means 'glorious', and the question mark adds an ironical and comedic connotation to the title.

'Tenkasu' is also a wordplay on tenkasu, which is eatable crunchy bits whose ingredients are the same as tempura's coating used in Japanese cuisine. (So the 'ten' part of the term 'tenkasu' is derived from the term 'tenpura'.)
