According to Manga Plus, it appears the latest chapter will be available tomorrow. It's scheduled at a much earlier time than usual, so I'd guess Manga Plus was caught off guard and didn't have a localization team ready for it in time for Monday.

If I recall, this story had a very promising start, but it only got 10 chapters before the hiatus. I am looking forward to where it goes from here.
