It seems like Gonzo (and their descendant) can never seem to catch a break after 2010. Gonzo themselves have barely produced anything since forming Kai, just Try Knights (outsourced to Seven), Episode Oracle, and the two new Hori-san ovas

^ Uma Musume S2 and the currently airing Super Cub have positive responses. The problem is that a title or two won't save the sinking studio.

From all the money thats supposedly been thrown out by netflix to anime studios i would have thought they would be fine after doing 7eeds. Like seriously its been said that the amount of money they give usually completely covers the production costs plus way more.

as far as I'm aware, and i could be wrong, is that most anime studio's work with losses each year so KAI isn't like a one off.
