Hawks from MHA would have been a seriously better cross-over (more popular anime, greater international presence, etc). The character cannonly loves fried chicken and is a publicity hound so he would go for that photo-op!

You can't really apply the concept of being a minor to an anime character, since she's not real.

That said, Chika does feel like kind of a random choice for this.
