I have to admit, I only really know the show from the Funimation/Adult Swim run so I'm not sure how much I align myself with other fans. Wish we could've gotten this during that time.

I don't really watch Shin-chan (i did see some of it a zillion years ago) but the game looks so good. I don't know what the gameplay is like but visually it just looks incredible. Cute and warm and like an anime you can interact with.
The little touch of no front face makes it even better.
also all the butt scurry videos have been great

These kind of character details, especially in 3D space, are always amazing, because of the extra mile they'll go for it. I think the last time this kind of detail intrigued me was Epic Mickey, where Mickey's ears are always shown as two circles no matter the angle.
