Should be an interesting manga to read, especially seeing how he depicts Tezuka.

If this manga doesn't have these two in knee-high athletic socks and rainbow suspenders skating to the San Diego zoo while holding a boom box blasting Lips Inc.'s "Funky Town", it will be a complete waste. Or at least throw in a disco scene. I don't care if it actually happened.

This looks interesting. This must have been a memorable trip for Go Nagai to want to make a whole manga about. It sounds like something I'd be interested in reading.

Their trip was to San Diego Comic-Con and I was fortunate enough to meet both and get sketches from them. I don't remember Go Nagai being there to promote anything in particular, but Tezuka was there to present the English dub of his Phoenix 2772 film.
