Surprised there hasn't been a global release by now, considering we seem to get every other mobile game imaginable. I liked the anike enough that I'd like to play the game, hopefully one day someone brings it over. (Hopefully its not an issue of the rights being tied to Crunchyroll, and they can't release it due to the Sony buyout or something)

It can't be easy to license this game overseas given the rights involved with the horses. And frankly it's hard to say if people outside of Japan would take to the game like Japan has. It is not like typical games that sells well at all. That said they are already working on localization for China and Korea so who knows.
Disclaimer: I voted for Umamusume!
Glad to see Idoly Pride get the nod, it's actually quite well done.

I wish they would provide us with more "world building". E.g.,
- Presumably the horse girls do not get turned into glue after they retire, shot if they break a leg, nor forced to breed?
- Do horse girls appear at random in pregnant women, or are they offspring of "horse girls" and "horse boys"?
- Do the horse girls have full rights as citizens (unlike the "cats" in Nekopara)?
- Do the horse girls get fairly paid for racing?
