Just rewatched both films this past weekend. I miss tragic stories with a cute aesthetic. Gurihiru is also my favorite comic book artist since she drew Superman vs the KKK.

Well I don't know much about Unico but I've literally never been disappointed by something Gurihiru's done work on so I'll have to check this out.

I wish I could get my hands on a copy of Unico in English, but they go for insane prices. Cool to see they want to do a new project with it. Not sure what to think about these US-JP collaboration things when it comes to doing new projects with old IPs though.
