Splatoon selling 3 million units on its 3rd week is amazing, I wonder how much it has sold internationally.
NieR numbers are quite good for a port of a 5-year old game. Just for reference the original release sold 198.542 in its 1st week and 38.002 on the 2nd. I wonder if the port would've sold more if it had come out a few years earlier. Soon we'll see how Persona 5 Royal will do on Switch. I just hope Nintendo's next console will be powerful enough so that developers can port and develop more current gen games without making so many sacrifices.
On the other hand, FIFA 23 doing fine on the Switch it's just ridiculous, it's even higher than the PS5 version on the list, and we're talking about a Legacy version. EA can't be bothered to develop a complete version for the Switch, don't know if it's because it would be difficult to port it, engine problems or just a lack of interest on EA's part, but there's an audience for football games on the platform and players have to settle with an inferior product.
In terms of hardware the Switch line sold 57.611 units, the PS5 5.518 and the XBox 797. Clearly, both the PS5 and XBox are facing serious shortages.
