FE fans generally consider FE4 manga adaptation by Oosawa Mitsuki to be good.

Fire Emblem - Hasha no Tsurugi (which ran in Monthly Shonen Jump) is really good, the whole thing is scanned, Roy is in it, and the art is surprisingly high-tier. Definitely worth a read.
